This role isn't newly created, its more of an evolution and a refresh of strategy. The position is part of a wider employer branding community reporting into the leader of Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting role with end to end ownership of external and internal talent attraction, EVP and engagement with the brand. We are looking for someone both creative and analytical, who is able to drive a measurable strategy across all platforms.

Develop and maintain an external and internally facing candidate and employer value proposition that shines a light on the brand and ensures a destination for top talent

Lead and create the design and implementation of impactful campaigns that promotes as an employer of choice.

Identify critical talent markets, partnering with external agencies to develop and execute the talent marketing strategy

Enure values and culture shine through all content and are compelling and consitent,using all platforms to ensure we are reaching a rich and diverse talent base

Closely collaborate with colleagues in takent acquisition, marketing, PR & Comms, to ensure mamimum impact of campaigns and integration.

Set and share best practice and leverage global employer branding initiatives.

Own and keep up- to- date career site and key social media and recruitment channels by developing fresh and inspiring content

Expand social media presence through captivating content that support recruiting initiatives

Use market insights to advise on talent initiatives and measure ROI and success of campaigns through data, metrics and report on campaign results
