Description
As HR Operations Team Leader you will be responsible for;
- Ensure effective and efficient administration service is delivered
- Ensure team are meeting SLAs
- Manage the large team of HR Admins
- Process improvement
- Support with various HR Administration Project Work
- Comply and understand Policies and Procedures
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record in managing a team of HR Ops/Shared Services staff
- Experience working in a large complex organisation
- CIPD qualified
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement
