Job Details
A global boutique Investment Bank currently have a need for a part-time Senior HR Consultant on a 12 month basis.
Ideal candidates will have experience in capital markets, ideally equities and have operated in smaller environments.
Experience in driving key initiatives such as pay & reward, performance appraisals, diversity & inclusion, technology transformation, employee surveys and retention. Corporate and professional for C-Suite engagement & working closely with the management team and HR.
You will also assist the HR Team with day to day tasks when necessary.
- 3 days per week (from the office)
- 12 month contract
- ASAP start date but would consider a notice
