Are you looking for your next career move in a highly acquisitive PE backed business with ambitious plans to double in size and achieve market capitalisation of £1bn in the next few years?

Our North West based client is a leading B2B organisation which develops and delivers essential business services. Their mission is clear; it's all about building a successful and profitable business, which challenges and disrupts the conventional, and can be taken to the next level.

They're a fast-moving innovative business looking to appoint into a Head of HR role to join their HRBP team. Currently employing nearly 700 staff across the UK & Ireland, this is a business where you can really make a difference quickly!

Reporting into the Chief People Officer , we're looking for an Head of HR to develop, implement and embed a people strategy into their business units, which will then drive a high performance culture and enable delivery of the corporate strategy. There are two key aspects to the role. Firstly you'll support the integration of two complex divisions into their main group and secondly you'll business partner the central functions as they help drive transformation and change.

Supported by a small team you will be part of a well respected, experienced and committed HR management team. You will work very closely with the Senior Leadership Team to understand the key business challenges and translate them into an effective and integral people strategy, which directly links to and supports delivery of the company's strategy.

Successful candidates will be experienced and technically strong HR professionals already used to operating at at senior level in a fast-paced entrepreneurial business. A robust well rounded generalist, you will bring a strong understanding of OD, talent and change and have experience of partnering the executive team and influencing on key decisions.

As would be expected in a business this size, "rolling up one's sleeves" is also important and we will be looking for candidates to demonstrate an operational delivery focus as well as the strategic element critical to the success of this role. You will bring strong communication skills, personal gravitas, collaboration and self-awareness
