The successful HR Coordinator will be providing a highly effective, professional, pro-active HR administrative service across all aspects of the employee life cycle, and leading the day-to-day operational and administrative duties within the HR Department

Client Details

Our client is an established law firm with offices across West Yorkshire offering wide range of business and personal legal services. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent, full time basis.

Description

The successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

Being the first point of call to assist with all HR related enquiries/requests Completing the administration and compliance activities involved with the New Starter, Leaver and Employee Change processes. Managing an effective process for communication to employees for policies and procedure relating to the employee life cycleCoordinating recruitment selection processes including, advertising roles through to on-boardingManaging and maintaining absence management including day to day reporting including providing advice to managers on processes and policies

Profile

The successful HR Coordinator will have:

  • Previous experience as a HR Coordinator/Advisor with a full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Effective HR Administration and people management skills
  • Ability to organise work load, and prioritise deadlines
  • Experienced with different Microsoft packages

Job Offer

Permanent contract + Full Time + £22-25k P/A
