As Customer Service Representative, your daily duties will include:
- Processing orders onto the internal system Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers Managing stock availability and supporting delivery time scales Handling order requests Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has had previous experience within a Customer Service role in an office-based environment.
