Description
The successful HR Officer will be responsible for:
* Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Supporting the HRBP with any employee relations cases
* Coordinating recruitment campaigns
* HR project work.
Profile
The successful HR Officer must have:
* Experience in a generalist HR position
* Experience of providing advice on a range of HR issues
* Experience working within a University would be desirable
* Be studying towards a CIPD qualification.
