Great global company in Brackley, in between Milton Keynes, Banbury, Buckingham and Bicester looking for a HR Administrator to support the HR Function in all administration tasks including managing large volume of data round sickness, absences, new starters and leavers. This is an integral role feeding into the supportive HR Management team

This Brackley company operate in the Energy sector with their UK head office having great facilitates and a management team that breed collaborative working and needing someone flexible and able to be in the impressive Brackley office 4-5 days per week

Description

Key duties of this HR Administrator;

  • Managing the HR Administration
  • Supporting the HR Advisors and Business partners across a variety of tasks
  • Collating HR information and data such as starters, leavers, absences etc.
  • Manage the accuracy of data from 4 systems into 1 using excel to collate and format into a usable format
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning HR Forms

Profile

HR Administrator experience and characteristics;

  • Prior HR administration experience and an continued interest in HR
  • Good Excel skills to take data/information from 4 systems into excel for ease of use of HR Managers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confidence using MS Office
