As an Emerging Talent Coach (Delivery Manager), you will support a group of graduate talent through a development programme.

Description

My client has gone, and continues to go, through a period of growth. Therefore, there is a need to support their emerging talent to develop through a bespoke development programme to ultimately deliver on key transformation projects across Business Change, Data and Technology.

Reporting into a Senior Delivery Manager, this Emerging Talent Coach role (Delivery Manager) will focus on;

  • Assisting with the delivery of a best-in-class development programme
  • Mentoring Project Analysts to promote development and personal career progression
  • Coaching Project Analysts to optimise their performance and delivery on client site
  • Liaising with client contacts to ensure service is aligned to the client's needs and analyst performance meets or exceeds their expectations
  • Work alongside Client Partners and Practice Directors to manage the client assignment lifecycle (setup, delivery and exit), including identifying growth opportunities

This will be an operational role that will require you to mentor and coach c.50 Project Analysts through conducting monthly 1:1's, annual appraisal reviews, and preparing them for client interviews and rotations.

There will also be a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across your client portfolio and co-ordinating and facilitating service review meetings alongside the Client Partner.

Profile

As the Emerging Talent Coach (Delivery Manager), my customer seeks someone with an astute toolkit and passion for all things (including, but not limited to);

  • Previous experience of supporting emerging talent through a development programme (ideally at graduate level)
  • Experience with Coaching and Facilitation
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working - techniques and practices.

You must also have;

  • An enthusiastic, proactive and professional approach to work
  • Excellent inter-personal, listening and communication skills, both written and orally
  • Ability to understand different audiences from c-level to technicians
  • Good self-management skills, to be able to stay calm and professional, and to manage own workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced working environment
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to business requirements

You must also have an ability to travel across the UK when required for client and analyst interaction.

This role will suit someone who has experience of developing talent, particularly ibn the emerging / graduate arena
