I am currently working with a global client who are recruiting for a Learning and Development consultant to cover a fixed term period of 12 months. Working with the Global HR team you will be responsible for Learning and Talent development as well as leading on a skills analysis project to ensure the delivery of the 2-year business strategy.

Key responsibilities will include;

* Delivery of the L&D strategy but introducing a strong skill and competency framework within the business. Identifying all staff training needs over the next three years in order to drive high performance, develop potential and retain key talent.
* Carry out a skills gap analysis for each team within the business and individual capability assessments across the entire organisation.
* Partnering with directors and heads of group, you will work closely to establish requirements for teams across the business and formulate training plans to drive performance.
* Identify and develop innovative learning solutions to address requirements using both internal and external solutions.
* Consult with key stakeholders to identify challenges and develop solutions in the areas of leadership, cultural and behavioural change and any other required areas.
* Design, develop and deliver a leadership & development management programme

You will have a proven track record in the field of Learning and Development with experience in reviewing or implementing new performance management processes. You will posses a high level of planning and analytical skills to conduct gap analysis, identify areas of improvement, create action plans and drive it through to implementation. You will be able to influence and develop effective working relationships globally across all levels.
