The Role

Reporting into the CEO, the HR Director will have responsibility for building and developing the People Strategy for the business as it embeds the new Transformation Program. You will have a team of HR professionals reporting into you to successfully deliver a new People plan.

The HR Director will partner closely with the business and sits on leadership team. Your position will be critical in ensuring that the HR strategy is aligned to that of the business and supports the ambitious targets over the coming years.

The Criteria

In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, you will be a well regarded HR leader with a strong commercial acumen. You will also be open to relocating to Kuwait, which is where this role is based.

There is a preference to hire someone who has experience both in the Middle East and internationally for reputable organisations.
