The Role

The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for a building an entirely new recruitment strategy for a new entity within a giant organisation being built from scratch.

The nature of this entity will be within the Government and Public Sector supporting the broader commercial operations from a legislative, compliance and regulatory perspective.

You will create the strategy, build a team and recruit roles from Governor/Minister level all the way through to Manager and support staff.

The Criteria

In order to be considered for this fantastic new role, you will be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with experience in Government, the Public Sector or International Affairs for large scale operations.

This role is based full time in a remote area of Saudi Arabia so you will be interested in relocating and experiencing a unique and new culture and environment.
