Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading insurance firm to find a Compensation and Benefits specialist to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

The role will report into the Compensation & Benefits Director, working closely with the wider HR team being the initial contact for managers and employees for any queries and advice on the Payroll and Benefits policy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing the analysis for all compensation including job evaluation and other related activities such as market data research, salary survey submissions, compensation guidelines and ad-hoc salary benchmarking
  • Support Compensation and Benefits Director with the annual salary and bonus processes
  • Provide advice to HR colleagues and internal or external clients on UK and Continental Europe benefit issues and trends, ensuring consistent compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Support the production of annual Gender Pay Gap statistics
  • Review the improvement of HR admin processes around the employee life-cycle

The ideal candidate will hold the following:

  • Strong Reward experience
  • Some technical knowledge of compensation theory and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal requirements applicable to the position
