Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Manager with a salary of up to £45k.
The role can be based at either Hampton or Teddington and will offer hybrid working once you have settled into the business. This is a full time role. .
The successful candidate will be a self starter used to working in an agile environment. You will provide support to all employees and manager on a wide range of HR activities across both sites.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Providing support on all employee related issues such as employment legislation and performance management.
·Driving and coordinating the company's recruitment and selection processes, by direct advertising and short-listing.
·Provide advice and training to the line managers, enabling them to recruit effectively.
·Support the Finance Director in managing the company's payroll.
·Participating in the development of training programmes, facilitating and delivering these as required.
·Providing training, support and guidance to line managers in all HR matter to ensure that policies are correctly interpreted and followed.
We are looking for:
·Solid experience gained working as a true generalist, managing the full employee life cycle.
·Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·Experience with HRIS systems.
·Ideally experience gained within a standalone role.
