Your new role
An excellent opportunity for an Interim HR Administrator / TUPE Administrator, within a busy HR team, this role will take you through the Christmas period and may extend beyond January.

• Plan and attend initial TUPE in project calls to understand requirements from the HR Business Partner and to request all critical data in order to execute a project plan

• Communicate all matters relating to TUPE transfers, service development and projects
• Manage each TUPE through to completion, updating the relevant project plan and obtaining manager sign off on completion.
• Receive, analyse and interpret complex data ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Produce data reports as requested by key stakeholders.
• Undertake data input onto systems within designated timeframes, in accordance with payroll policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy is maintained
• Escalate issues, as identified, to the HR Operations Manager
• Upload all relevant TUPE documentation to the document management system (EDM)
• Understand and assist in the design and mapping of required elements or schemes within the Payroll system (Oracle)

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience as an HR Administrator, who has experience managing TUPE administration. You must be able to start at short notice.
