Recruitment Coordinator

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join a long-standing successful legal organisation, who are leaders in their field. They are currently seeking a capable, hard-working Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing team on a 12-month FTC with potential for extension.

The role is currently remote, with an option to book a seat in office, and will become Hybrid.

Your New Role

In your new role as Recruitment Coordinator, your responsibility is to support and coordinate the full recruitment process. You will be responsible for all Recruitment Administrative tasks, for example; posting job advertisements, arranging interviews (coordinating the diaries of internal interviewers and candidates) and distributing CV's to key stakeholders. (Not an exhaustive list).

Within your role, you will also manage the social media aspect of the business, allowing for creativity. You will get involved in multiple projects, for example; diversity and inclusion and upskilling and training of management.

- Recruitment experience (essential)
- Experience of working to tight deadlines with a strong result focus
- To be a positive, proactive, hard-working individual with strong drive career wise
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a pressurised environment
