PERMANENT - HR Administrator / Advisor based in Broughton - Full Time - Mon - Fri - Office Based

My Client is seeking a professional HR Administrator / Advisor to join their busy workforce on a permanent basis. you will be working for a global manufacturing business based in Broughton
My client is an industrial and international group, present in 12 countries in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. They specialise in engineering and manufacturing and pride themselves on the service that they provide to internal and external customers.
The company employs 2300 people worldwide.

Your new role

The role is being offered on a permanent basis and working onsite at the office due to the nature of the business. This is a standalone HR Advisor / Administrative position providing HR support to the Operations Manager on site and the HR Director UK.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to


Working hours of Monday - Friday - 08.00am - 16.00pm
Some of your duties will include but not limited to

To advise, assist, and deal with staff HR queries, and to filter those queries that are to be referred to the Operations Manager on site & HR Director UK if required.
To support running the payroll, inputting information into SAP, producing reports, etc.
To carry out an effective administrative routine covering, joiners, leavers, probation's, annual performance assessments, sickness absence, annual medicals, references, training and site security passes.
Manage the recruitment process, placing ads, collating CV's and sending to managers, arranging interviews, etc.
Organise and coordinate induction process for new joiners.
Actively participate in HR policy development, including updating and maintaining the company handbook, contracts of employment, staff annual assessments, etc.
Contribute to HR policy implementation, in particular, in terms of mobility, pay and skills development by regular support & advice to operational staff
Ensures compliance and application of HR processes.
Provide HR support to the HR Director UK as and when required.
To perform any other reasonable tasks as and when required


What you'll need to succeed

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
Experience in a Manufacturing environment highly preferred
3 years' HR administrative experience, with some payroll exposure
