Morgan Philips are working with a client near Thurrock who are searching for a HR Change Consultant to join them for 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR change gained from a large scale logistics, retail, hospitality or travel business and should be comfortable with travelling to the office 2 to 3 days per week.
The role of HR Change Consultant will be to proactively manage change and play a hands on pivotal role in the implementation of strategic HR change projects including harmonisation. This role will be accountable for the delivery of the overall project and will be required to collaborate with all business stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered in the most effective and commercial way. You will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the business ensuring that milestones and changes are communicated effectively and manage any collective and individual consultation process ensuring that colleagues remain engaged.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned senior HR professional with a background in change or HR project management and a keen understanding of the project management discipline best practice. You will have practical hands on experience in leading and managing large change programmes, extensive experience in data management, analysis and presentation and experience in interpreting concepts and clearly presenting back in PowerPoint or report format. You will also have experience of leading large scale T&Cs harmonisation initiatives and experience of managing collective consultation challenges in a large organisation and lead resolution with minimum business impact.
