A leading accountancy firm are recruiting for an Organisational Development Senior Manager to join their team. Reporting into The Head of Organisational Development, this role will work in partnership with the HR leadership team and partners to develop form-wide projects, culture and change management and organisational insight across the firm.

This role will also support alignment across people development to make sure consistency is maintained, along with best practice. As Organisational Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing latest thinking and best practice within People Development and bringing this to the People Development strategy
  • Leading on the design, implementation and evaluation of firm wide frameworks and approaches
  • Leading on firm wide initiatives to identify learning and development interventions in order to upskill and maximise the value of leadership roles in the firm
  • Providing subject matter expertise for key people priorities and acting as a 'go-to' for guidance and support in all learning, development, talent and engagement matters
  • Playing a pivotal role in supporting the Head of People Development to define the learning, development, engagement, and talent strategies for the firm
  • Analysing and interpreting appropriate MI in order to present commercial and pragmatic recommendations and solutions to stakeholders
  • Taking a lead on working with People Development managers to develop common practice etc.

As Organisational Development Senior Manager, you will possess:

  • Strong experience of working as Senior Manager in a large, matrix organisation, ideally within professional or financial services
  • Strong experience of working with learning, development, engagement, and talent strategies
  • Strong commercial awareness and acumen
  • Experience of facilitating and coaching at senior level
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven experience of organisational change
