We have a current opportunity for a Talent Sourcer on a permanent basis with a global management consultancy. The Talent Sourcer will play a key role within a regional recruitment team, proactively identifying and assessing candidates, driving candidate generation and creating and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Duties:

  • Developing meaningful recruiting strategies which promote the firm's ability to attract top talent
  • The functional areas you will support are primarily but not exclusively; Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal & Risk and Finance.
  • Partnering with hiring teams to deeply understand requirements of positions, the functions and how the roles fit in the organisation
  • Creating and executing effective sourcing plans and candidate assessments for current and future positions
  • Executing on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns
  • Finding, engaging and activating passive candidates through use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
  • Evaluating resumes and screening potential candidates
  • Owning candidate relationships, ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular updates and communication
  • Recording, maintaining and tracking candidate activities in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

  • 3 years sourcing and/or recruiting experience; a combination of both agency and in house corporate experience preferred
  • Experience managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects, and relationships with candidates and clients
  • Experience with and understanding of recruiting related metrics to measure and improve performance
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Knowledge of and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Global experience - prior experience working in a global organization is preferred
