Your new company
As Talent Manager you will be responsible for the talent acquisition strategy - leading all key recruiting processes with support of a Resourcing Advisor and an HR team. Build innovative sourcing strategies that drive talent attraction and acquisition to support the talent requirements of a growing organisation. Responsible for the full end to end recruitment process to successfully identify, source and recruit external direct hires.

Your new role

• Act as the subject matter expert across all aspects of recruitment.
• Lead the strategic direction of a resourcing model that facilitates the attraction and retention of top talent.
• Cover the full recruitment cycle from developing an employer brand through to sourcing, assessment, selection and on-boarding.
• Proactively source senior talent up to Director level
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Work with marketing to enhance employer branding
• Develop the use of social media to attract top talent
• Up skill the capability of hiring managers
• Produce and manage vendor relationships
• Inform the compensation framework that supports attraction and retention
• Support and develop a high performing recruitment team
• Utilise MI and analysis as required to identify, lead and drive cost efficiency initiatives
• Design, develop and champion a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience within Talent Acquisition ideally within Professional Services.
• Managing end to end recruitment life cycle for multiple vacancies, including bespoke recruitment campaigns.
• Driving a variety of recruitment solutions including direct sourcing, maximising the use of social networking
• Professional interviewer including being a key decision maker when required and providing objective feedback
• Resource planning and managing recruitment budgets
• Managing external PSLs and negotiating agency fees
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relations
• Sourcing talent through direct channels
• Knowledge of complex compensation packages
