Global Head of Reward
Remote - Hubs in London and Worcester
I am currently working with a global tech manufacturing business who have an opportunity for a Global Head of Reward to join the team.
As the Global Head of Reward your responsibilities will include:
* Developing the compensation and benefits strategy across the business on a global level
* Leading on all operational cyclical reward activities
* Designing and communicating the global incentive programmes
* Ensuring company benefits are competitive
* Supporting with the implementation of the company's new HRIS
We are looking for someone who has a strong total reward background and has worked on an international level. You must be comfortable developing new processes from scratch and be confident working closely with senior stakeholders.
