Diversity & Talent Co-ordinator (12 months ftc) - North London - £28-35k plus excellent benefits

I have worked with this commercial organisation for over 10 years and they are a fabulous team.

They are looking for a Diversity & Talent Co-ordinator to join them for a 12 month ftc. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this is a hands-on role supporting the talent management and development strategy and working closely with the HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the business. The role will have a particular focus on equality, diversity and inclusion agenda where you will be responsible for the co-ordination, planning and communication of ED&I activity as well as the management of data and reporting.

- Keep up to date on policy changes related to ED&I
- Work closely with the HR BP to support the succession planning and talent review
- Work closely with the Talent Manager to ensure recruitment policies and practices improve the ability to attract high quality diverse candidates
- Build and manage a framework of metrics and measurements to establish the impact of the ED&I priorities
- Support the review of all HR policies and processes with ED&I lens

It is essential that you have the following experience:-

- Strong HR Generalist with a particular focus on talent development and ED&I
- Knowledge of ED&I best practice and initiatives
- Able to demonstrate a passion and commitment to ED&I
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and experience of presenting complex information
- Digitally savvy
