Oakleaf are working with a dynamic, growing business and tech consultancy who are looking for an interim Global Talent & Performance Manager- for 6 months initially.

In terms of culture and aims, this business would descrive themselves as:

As part of the Talent, Leadership, Learning, Performance COE, you will help design, shape and deliver the talent and performance agenda. There is a big agenda and you will play an important role in the team, supporting the transformation of performance enablement- this is a really exciting time to join!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design and delivery of performance enablement, including:
  • Designing and creating content
  • Building toolkits to support content design
  • Owning and delivering workstreams
  • Scheduling and running group sessions on areas such as the performance process, managing performance, calibration
  • Engaging global stakeholders
  • Working closely with the regions to roll out a new approach with their populations
  • Setting up and project managing talent programmes from inception to completion


  • A strong background in talent and performance/ organisational development
  • Passionate about solving real business challenges and making a real difference
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Flexible and resourceful approach, quick to adapt to a fast-moving environment and able to work at pace
  • Analytical, data-driven with a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up and work as a team
  • Be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and to drive the OD/ Talent agenda

This role will suit someone who is agile, used to working in an ever evolving and changing, busy environment and who can also engage effeciently with colleagues at all levels- starting ASAP ideally!
