Description

Key Responsibilities -

To support the Reward team with key activities within the Reward calendar and key processes.

Provide key support on Annual Salary Review, Bonus, Flexible Benefit annual enrolment,

Look at Total Reward Statements and Gender Pay Gap data to deliver on project plans.

Support with job evaluations and updating relevant systems and processes.

Process all Reward invoices (excluding pensions) in an accurate and timely manner to ensure timely payment.

Profile

We are looking for someone with the following experience

Reward Analytics

or

Broader HR experience with Reward as part of your role

or

Broad HR experience with an interest in Reward

You will need to be strong on Excel - and already capable of using the more complex functions.
