A brilliant opportunity is now available in a rapidly growing, successful Financial Services business based in London. The company have recently trebled in size from 20-60 and have seen business performance and profitability also drastically increase so it's a great time to join.
They are looking to hire a dynamic, flexible and agile HR Manager who will report directly into the CEO. The HR Manager will be the most senior HR role and will encompass everything within the generalist HR remit across the entire employee lifecycle. Additionally the position will mentor and manage one junior HR colleague with potentially another down the line.
We are looking for superstar candidates that are ultimately hungry and motivated to run their own HR function. This HR function will provide a best in class service to the business and colleagues. Whilst processes and procedures are in place the incoming candidate will certainly be adding and improving on these to make sure this is the case.

Previous HR Generalist experience within Financial Services is a MUST for this role.
