The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for recruitment processes from start to finish this includes: sourcing, on boarding, issue employment contracts and managing HR Administrative duties.

Client Details

Our clients is a successful Financial Services firm based in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. Due to massive growth they are looking for a HR Administrator to join a talented HR team.

Description

The successful HR Administrator will be:

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR document, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Manage recruitment process
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Being first point of contract for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by proving the department with relevant employee information such as holiday and sick days taken

Profile

The successful HR Administrator:

  • Worked within a HR function or internship
  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Lives locally to Knebworth
  • Working towards CIPD
