The successful Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the daily management of the recruitment inbox to ensure that all vacancies and queries are dealt with efficiently, and ensuring that line managers have the correct number of staff members required on each shift.

Client Details

Our client are a well known security organisation, who operate multinationally. They are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis which will then lead on to a 12 months FTC.

Description

The successful Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the recruitment inbox, answering all queries and ensuring that vacancies are dealt with efficiently
  • Working closely with line managers to ensure they have the correct number of staff required on each shift
  • Liaising with agencies to discuss support on specific vacancies, and opening up new vacancies to both 1st and 2nd tier suppliers
  • Onboarding new starters and processing leavers

Profile

The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar Recruitment/Resourcing Administrative position
  • High attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability of liaising effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Good knowledge and capabilities with Microsoft Packages

Job Offer

Temporary position leading to a 12 month FTC role + £10.20 per hour / £25,000 p/a when moved over to the FTC + Remote Working
