Exciting opportunity to work with a growing national Consultancy firm, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their multicultural team to manage day-to-day aspects of; recruitment, payroll, HR and training.

Description

HR Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day HR duties
  • Prepare and issue maternity and paternity documents
  • Ensure all overtime, sickness, unpaid leave, monthly mileage claims, are processed
  • Add new joiners and leavers to the clocking in system, raise the appropriate tickets to allow new joiners access to emails, etc. Process new joiner, change and leave requests
  • Recruitment, offer letters, follow-up with references and contracts
  • Introduce induction programme
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Appraisal-training
  • Support with Employee Relations

Profile

Successful HR Coordinator:

  • HR generalist experience
  • Payroll administration experience (outsourced)
  • Dealt with ER cases
  • Great communication
  • Driving force of HR
  • Like challenges
  • 1-3 Years experience
  • Lives locally to Potters Bar
