Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor and recruiting subject matter expert to hiring managers, senior leaders and business partners
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our job openings and building effective search strategies for each role, including a direct sourcing approach.
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including interviewing candidates across a variety of open roles to help find and hire quality talent
  • Participation in the on-boarding process
  • Organise and attend career fairs or other recruiting events, conferences, meet-ups, coming up with new and unique ways to build our brand and identify candidates
  • Ensure efficient recruitment processes and provide quality candidate experience
  • Collaborate with technology and product recruiting teams to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads and placement of senior technical talent
  • Be a brand ambassador and take a consistent approach to building brand on social media, through events, etc.

Profile

  • 5 years plus technical recruiting experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience recruiting engineering professionals in the finance/banking industry, data or technology industries
  • You have a recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find, senior engineering and/or engineering leadership roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships globally
  • Extensive knowledge of sourcing channels and platforms including local job boards, global job boards, rating portals, social media, local networks, campus recruiting, recruiting events and agencies
  • Experience recruiting for multi-lingual positions
  • Results orientated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and have excellent follow through/execution
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and own projects outside of regular full life cycle recruiting responsibilities
  • Data driven and highly attentive to details, proactive in your communication and maintain strong data quality
  • Previous agency experience is also highly desired.
