HR Co-ordinator - Hertford - £26,000 plus benefits
Excellent opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator to join this well known, commercial organisation. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will contribute to the smooth running of the employee lifecycle and deliver an efficient transactional and administrative service.
- Provide an effective, quality transaction service across the area of the employee life cycle
- Contribute to a flexible and resilient service by developing proficiency in multiple disciplines
- Provide 1st line HR advice respond, manage and resolve customer enquiries and requests
- Contribute to reports and statistics through maintenance of accurate information and data records
- Prepare, collate and record information across HR.
It is essential that you have the following experience:-
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Experience of using computerised databases
- Experience of previously working in an HR Department
- Experience in dealing with confidential matter
- Strong organisational skills.
