Part Time HR Business Partner - Rotherham / South Yorkshire - circa £40000 (FTE - will be prorata) - plus great benefits - 25 hours over 4 or 5 days

An innovative, modern and expanding engineering organisation is looking to recruit a BRAND NEW to one of their sites in Rotherham

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager on site and then the HR Director of this division (based at the head office), your role will be that of a true HR Business Partner as part of the Senior Management Team. This is the site's first HR Representative and the Senior Management Team (that you will be part of) are excited and open to the positive impact HR can bring.

You will be responsible for delivering the organisation's People Agenda and Strategy to site by providing innovative, fit for purpose solutions. You will be able to influence and support change in the business and partner with the operational and functional teams, whilst reporting into the Group HR Director in the UK and the wider HR team.

Aswell as the day-to-day operational and generalist HR management, you will work on projects and strategy round talent management, employee engagement, well-being etc

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to move into the Business Partner space - or for a current HR Business Partner/Manager who enjoys the autonomy of looking after 1 site within a highly successful and expanding business unit of a global organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a solid background in the engineering/manufacturing or similarly fast paced industry - both operational and some strategic/project work of Human Resources. Be used to advising and working with and in a Senior Management Team.
Have excellent IT/reporting, communication and leadership skills.
Ideally be degree qualified - but with a minimum of Level 5 CIPD.

Flexible working options available - PART TIME HOURS - 25 hours over either 4 or 5 days - mainly on site but if you want 5 days, 1 day can be done from home. Good corporate benefits package (including a bonus, private health etc - more details available)
