Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with our national client in recruiting a new HR Advisor to join their team. This role can be based remotely anywhere with occasional travel to other sites when required.
This is a perm role with a salary of up to £28,000.

Working within a wider UK team, this is a Generalist and hands on role
Professionally advise managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance and other HR issues
Act as HR advisor in disciplinary investigations.
Sickness absence management in allocated business areas, advise managers of suggested actions and attend meetings where necessary
Deal with TUPE transfers (both incoming and outgoing) ensuring legal and business requirements are met.
Assist managers in identifying risks in respect of case management.
Assist in the management and development of detailed HR procedures and processes in all areas of HR.
Support Senior HR Managers on large/complex TUPE transfers and other projects as required.
Participate in the CSR strategy
We are seeking a strong generalist HR Advisor with experience in Change, in particular TUPE. A candidate who can work autonomously, and as part of a team, who is flexible to travel when required, and who is CIPD qualified.
