Senior / Lead Recruiter

£60,000 - £70,000 + 15% bonus

I have partnered with a rapidly growing international FinTech organisation that are growing their recruitment function with a new Senior / Lead Recruiter. Working alongside a global recruitment team, this individual will be reporting directly to the CPO & their stakeholder reports will be ExCo members. Great opportunity for either an inhouse Recruiter or an experienced agency Recruiter that is looking to make international change / headhunt senior personal. This business area is not yet confirmed & can be flexible around the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Skilled Senior / Lead Recruiter that is experienced with innovative sourcing & attraction techniques
  • Partner with Hiring Managers internationally to ensure a smooth & proactive hiring process
  • Participate in the constant improvements of processes & hiring techniques to ensure that the firm's approach is market leading
  • Extensive relationship building experience across a multitude of levels

Skills:

  • 7 + years' experience in running / leading on a full recruitment cycle, be that internal or agency
  • Ability to mould around an ever-changing structure / function
  • Can do attitude
  • Previous experience in Sales / Back Office recruitment is a bonus
  • Fast paced environment
