We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Admin and Secretarial ilke Homes team in Tamworth.

Description
The successful Administrator will provide Admin support to the Development Director, National Partnerships Development Director and Midlands Office and associated teams, including but not limited to:
- Assisting the National Partnership Development Director with preparing and collating Board reports
- General assistance to the National Partnerships team in ensuring filing systems are up to date and maintained
- Minuting of fortnightly National Partnerships team meetings and Development team meetings and issuing updates accordingly
- Assisting the National Partnerships team in securing and filing bidding documentation
- Assisting the National Partnerships team in collating contracting materials from other departments (crane plans, programmes, standard T&C's)
- Maintaining hospitality register
- Maintaining a log of feasibility studies and abortive transactions for the National Partnerships Director
- Other roles as reasonably required to assist the National Partnerships Development Director (contacting clients for scheme updates, expenses, travel etc.)
- Assisting the Development Director with Board Packs
- Raise purchase orders and follow through system to ensure receipt and processing of payment (via Finance)
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering if required
- Assisting with the staff office rota
- Assist with any printing requirements for the departments
- Support the Office Manager with the day to day running of the office. (Reception of visitors, external phone calls, ordering of stationery)
Profile

- Good communication and inter-personnel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong record keeping skills
- Ability to multitask
- Understanding of SharePoint desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Excellent team player, willing to show initiative
