Talent Acquisition Specialist - 12 months FTC
Location: Remote working/ 3 days onsite Manchester
Salary: Disclosed on application.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work for a billion dollar organisation alongside peers who are the best in class in their industries from all over the globe and as part of a lively HR team based at highly enviable offices in the Manchester area.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work across the global business to advise managers on their resourcing needs prior to recruitment and guide managers in building meaningful roles which complement their team structure.

In addition you will lead a small Talent Acquisition team responsible for the end-to-end resourcing and talent acquisition process, ensuring that they identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.


Key responsibilities include;
*Providing specialist expert knowledge and advice to managers who have a resourcing need, bringing together organisational design & job sizing. operational implementation of talent acquisition strategy and budget considerations.
*Managing a small Talent Acquisition team, helping to develop their skills and experience whilst ensuring that resourcing and talent acquisition activity is controlled and measured.
*Leading the Talent programme to transform the business's resource and talent acquisition processes and procedures into 'best in class'.
*Managing the relationship with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners
*Working with HR Centres of Expertise to drive employee value proposition

For this unique opportunity, we're looking to speak with not only experienced TA Managers but active recruiters looking to gain more strategic and management experience from this 12 months contract in order to then further your TA career.

What is essential is that you possess first class stakeholder management and relationship building skills, are strategically focused and genuinely passionate about Talent Acquisition.

Key Skills & Experience;
*Extensive experience of working with managers and key stakeholders to advise on resourcing options
*A good level of knowledge in relation to organisational design and structure
*Exposure to projects that have delivered 'best in class' resourcing and talent acquisition for a business
*Experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and disciplines
*Past experience in organisations with varying worker types - e.g. employees, casual workers, consultants and freelancers
*Expertise in utilising a breadth of attraction methods with strong direct sourcing experience including social media channels, Linked In and other job boards
*Excellent at building internal networks due to credibility and communication style
