HR Business Partner Job - 6 Months FTC - Tech Company

Oakleaf are delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting Computer Software company London based who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to come in help with integration of the new business area.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will provide a full range of generalist HR skills & HRBP services to a senior client group across the UK and EMEA region.

The role is paying up £60,000 - 65,000 on a 6-month FTC.

HR Business Partner Job - 6 Months FTC - Tech Company - Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive work as a business partner to support and advise stakeholders
• Coach, support and challenge senior management
• Work collaboratively with the wider HR function and EMEA regions
• Work with, develop and coach the HRBP's to create succession plans and identify capability gaps.
• Agree on functional talent plans and key priorities for all areas including Diversity and Inclusion, succession planning and capability/critical skill-building activity.
• Lead, build and improve the culture, performance management, employee engagement, employee recognition and retention
• Lead on ongoing change management projects
• Work closely with the Head of HR on other HR projects and initiatives

HR Business Partner Job - 6 Months FTC - Tech Company - Your Background;

• Experience of working in a Matrix structure
• Hands-on approach, strong generalist experience
• Good planning and analytical skills, to conduct gap analysis, identify areas of improvement, create action plans and drive it through to implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
