Exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large-scale engineering organisation as a HR & Recruitment Officer. This is a permanent role and will offer a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days in office per week. The company is a world leader within its field and are currently going through an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Your new job

In your new job as a HR & Recruitment Officer you will reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner and will involve HR Generalist and Recruitment activities, supporting approximately 600 employees. The HR side of the role will support the HR BP with a range of duties including employee relations, providing advice on HR policies and procedures, assisting with HR projects, and generally contributing to the day-to-day HR activities. Recruitment will be a big focus of the role and will be the end-to-end process covering all activities from attraction, sourcing and selection. The successful candidate will be passionate, hardworking and thrive in fast paced environments.

What you need to succeed

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a HR Generalist role
- CIPD Qualification
- Computer literate
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
