HR Advisor required for a Leading Healthcare Provider based in central London. This is an office based role.

You will proactively case manage employee relations activities and provide expert professional advice and guidance on all human resources issues. This is a temp role initially with potential to go permanent.

You will be working for a Leading Healthcare Provider based in London.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor for this Leading Healthcare Provider based in London will be as follows:

  • Solid experience in providing complex HR advice in a multi-disciplinary organisation in either the public or private sector
  • Ensure all HR policies, procedures and standards are applied consistently and equitably
  • Previous knowledge of TUPE and redundancy is required
  • Case management knowledge of sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance is essential including experience of hearing grievance and disciplinary cases is essential
  • To manage all local HR processes and administration

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will posses the following skills and attributes:

  • Graduate level education
  • Fully CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law, HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office skills and computerised personnel information systems
  • Knowledge of working with the medical profession is desirable

Job Offer

This HR Advisor role is initially a temp role. There is potential for it to go permanent for the right candidate!

  • Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm
