A highly successful global insurance company is looking for an interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join a friendly and collaborative team. This will initially be a 12 month FTC with the opportunity for a permanent opportunity. If you are interested, or know someone who may be, then please click the link for more information.This will initially be a 6 month FTC with the opportunity for extension or permanent. In joining a friendly and stable team, you will be utilising your strong stakeholder management skills to recruit for a wide variety of roles. This is a true 360 recruiter role with a great opportunity to join a transformational business and utilise your skills to attract top talent!

Salary: £55000 to £65000

Hybrid working model

Accountabilities include:

  • Assisting with embedding the recruitment model across the UK and internationally
  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment process in a true 360 role
  • Working with the stakeholders to advise on the best recruitment strategy utilising both direct and indirect sourcing methods, conducting interviews and influencing decisions to ensure an inclusive hiring process
  • Proactively sourcing talent utilising a range of channels
  • Building an active suite of assessment tools and evolve as and when required
  • Undertaking data analysis, looking at attrition, trends, business and people strategy to provide insights and feedback to the stakeholders
  • Coaching recruitment managers to improve interviewing, assessment and selection competence and educating the wider business.
  • Assisting on various projects

Skills and experience

  • Previous inhouse recruitment experience either directly or from an RPO within insurance, financial services or a corporate commercial company
  • Passionate about recruitment with strong delivery skills and a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Good understanding of attraction strategies, EVP and process improvement
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically beyond the daily BAU requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
