My client is an Investment/Pensions firm that epitomises that progressive, inclusive, innovative and technology led breed of new modern companies. Launched 2 years ago, they are a c.600 headcount business and growing, and now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner that can be based in either Bristol or Manchester locations.
Reporting into the Head of Business Partnering this position strategically supports the leadership team for two client facing functions. Working closely with the leadership team, key stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will provide HR advice and design and implement strategic HR plans, processes and solutions in line with the People Plan and strategic Business objectives.
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner within Financial and able to demonstrate the ability to design and deliver HR initiatives through evolving and changing environments. Pensions/investment experience is highly desirable. Given the nature and size of the business you must be self-starting, able to deal with ambiguity and very adept at building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
Based out of either Bristol or Manchester they operate a flexible working policy with a good balance between the office and home.
