This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Planning and Reporting Coordinator to join a growing business on a 12 month FTC. You will play a key part in ensuring the business can succeed in its mission; securing the talented people needed to achieve our goals and helping to make it a great place to work.

Description

Key Accountabilities of the HR Planning and Reporting Coordinator:

  • To help improve people data and insights
  • To produce effective reporting for Executive Committee/ directors on people data to help drive better decision making and shape the companies people plans
  • Creation of high quality, insightful and informative reports and dashboards using visualisation technologies as well as MS Office tools
  • Support with development of insights and analysis from raw data sources
  • Understanding the information and insight needs of a diverse audience
  • Get involved with the creation of the People delivery plan and track performance against this
  • Manage key project leads to understand progress, risks and issues, flagging these as appropriate and supporting project leads to resolve issues
  • Design and deliver effective reporting to be used in necessary committees and forums on the progress against our people plan
  • Deputise as required for the Planning and Reporting Manager in key meetings

Profile

Skills and Experiences Essential

  • Extensive experience of working in a deadline driven reporting function
  • Experience in the development of visualisations from raw data sources including the augmentation of these with insights, analysis and narratives
  • Strong evidence of detailed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of interpreting visualised data and acting on insights/trends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Project management skills
  • Project reporting methodologies

Skills and Experiences Desirable

  • Use of PowerBI
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Experience within PMO environment
