We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Associate to be responsible for the end to end recruitment of volume frontline hires across the UK. From advertising to onboarding you will have a strong focus on creating a memorable but robust candidate experience, showcasing the company values and culture, to attract diverse talent across our clients contact centres.

Client Details

Our client are an insurance provider that offer a number of services to their customers and strive to offer the best service possible. This is a fast paced, high volume role and they are looking for the right person to become a part key of their growing, successful team.



  • Write and post engaging adverts, selecting the most relevant platforms to promote and attract applications from diverse talent
  • Proactively search for candidates in competitive markets using social tools and through existing applicant talent pools
  • Go through applications and short-list for telephone interview
  • Conduct candidate telephone interviews
  • Arrange interviews or selection events with candidates and hiring managers
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders and the candidates up to date with engaging and personalised communications where possible
  • Develop mutually respectful relationships with selected recruitment agencies and other 3rd parties
  • Ensure all activity is updated live into the ATS and accurately reported onto any shared trackers
  • Deliver outcomes of interviews to candidates in a timely manner
  • Initiate digital onboading
  • Contribute towards the design and execution of relevant attraction strategies


As Recruitment Associate you'll have/be:

  • Previous recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive sourcing & networking experience
  • Experience interviewing candidates
  • A strong desire to give a great candidate experience
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • The ability to multi-task and handle different demands from various areas of the business
  • Positive and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation

Up to £25,000 per annum plus full benefits packages.

This opportunity is offered on a hybrid working pattern, working 2 days in an office and 3 days remotely.
