An international organisation are active in their search for an EMEA Payroll Specialist.
This is an in-house permanent position with remote/flexible working on offer
The salary is up to £43.500 plus good company benefits
Fluency in speaking in writing with one of the following languages essential:
German OR Italian
Location : Berkshire/ can be remote in the UK
*Responsible for start to finish EMEA Payroll Processing
*Monitoring of payroll inputs, reconciling payroll output reports,
*Reconcile benefit invoices vs payroll output, accrual balance analysis & updates
*This will include performing payroll tasks for countries that increasingly complex processing requirements.
*Review work against existing checklists, audit reports run prior to processing payroll.
*Dealing with any queries from staff and stakeholders
*Responsible for processing year end activities
*Collaborating with other team members on EMEA Payroll Projects
*A central point of contact for EMEA payroll queries
*Advise when needed on best practice on payroll governance, legal compliance
About you and your experience
To be considered you will need the following
Processing start to finish EMEA payroll/s is essential
In house experience highly desirable
Fluency in Italian or German ( for business) is essential,
Fluency in English spoken and written
Up to date payroll legislation essential
Payroll qualification highly desirable
