Salary: £30,000-£35,000 plus bonus + benefits
Our Cheshire based client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Working in a small but busy recruitment team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a professional and reputable organisation who is a leader in its field and has ambitious plans for growth and success.
Managing the end-to-end candidate sourcing and assessment process of predominately senior level hires, you will be responsible for:
Identifying, sourcing, creating and managing a talent pool of potential candidates
Undertaking competitor and market analysis
Be responsible for recruitment campaigns via LinkedIn and other sources
Continuously developing the organisation's employer branding and attraction strategy
To be suitable for this role, you will have a proven track record of direct sourcing and headhunting of senior level candidates either in an internal or agency capacity.
The ability to proactively identify talent through use of internal networks and employee referrals and extensive experience of LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, as is experience of working in a commercial, professional and ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are a given, as are a real drive and enthusiasm and a genuine desire to work as part of a team.
In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 + bonus + benefits and a hybrid working pattern of c3 days office/2 days home.
