Your new company
This healthcare organisation based in central Birmingham are looking for a HRBP with experience dealing with trade unions. They are looking for a HRBP generalist who is immediately available and can commit to a 2 month interim role which finishes just before Christmas. The role is based in Edgbaston with some remote working and then some travel to the sites in South/West Birmingham.
Your new role
Within this role you will be responsible for advice on education, employment and professional practice matters for individuals and groups of members of the organisation. You will be representing and advising other team members on issues in relation to HR processes and practices as well as professional development of others in the wider team. You will also need to present to other stakeholders across the business and be confident in doing so.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need knowledge of best practice in relation to employee practices, ED&I, an understanding of the healthcare profession. You will need good influencing and negotiating skills as well as being able to prioritise and plan workload. You will need the ability to use Microsoft packages including excel, word and teams.
