Reporting to the Volume Recruitment Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the Contact Centre and Customer Service business areas and will be responsible for the delivery of the end to end resourcing of these roles.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, ensuring you identify the best candidates and source the required number of new starters, at the right time. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan recruitment campaigns and to make sure you have an appropriate attraction strategy is in place. You will review the structure of the assessment/selection tools and techniques used and agree the best process to identify available candidates and to offer an excellent candidate experience.
To be successful, you must have a proven track record as a Recruiter of successfully managing high volume multiple-vacancy recruitment campaigns within a fast paced environment. You will be able to work to tight timescales and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
You will be passionate about sourcing candidates directly, have excellent communication skills and be able to influence senior stakeholders.
