The HR Assistant will be responsible for a range of duties, supporting the HR team in London and Europe with their day to day responsibilities. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be provided with excellent training and a supportive team to kick start your HR career in this fast paced, dynamic environment.

The client is a Financial Services firm specialising in Investment Banking, with office across the globe. There is a team of 7 in the London office and the firm prides itself on their friendly cultures that promotes success and reward. Description

As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, such as on-boarding and off-boarding, supporting with recruitment activities, updating the HR system, payroll and benefits administration.

Profile

The successful candidate MUST be degree educated and demonstrate a clear interest in HR. You must have had at least 6-12 months of HR experience within Financial Services or Professional Services. This can be a role in administration or HR but you must demonstrate some transferable skills and experience in working in a fast paced professional setting.
