A fantastic opportunity for an HR administrator/assistant or a recruitment administrator/assistant keen to progress their HR skills and generalist knowledge with this iconic and globally recognised sporting organisation.
The opportunity to join an established but growing HR team of 7 - you will be working alongside the Recruitment Manager and HR Managers in assisting them with the day to day HR requirement of this busy department and team.
Daily duties will include point of contact for day-to-day routine HR and queries.
Work as part of the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
*Assist with all recruitment administration Manage all cvs submitted to CSL via the website
*Log and respond to the CV's
*Manage the CV database ensuring data is cleansed in line with GDPR
*Coordinate the recruitment of any new positions following good practice
*Issuing new employee contracts and manage the starter checklist
*Leavers: manage exit process and leavers checklist
*Changes to contracts including pay rises, changes to job roles, promotions etc
*Logging and maintaining sickness/absence/annual leave for the business
*Manage any general HR queries
*Logging training statistics
*Manage and maintain templates and version control documents
*Maintain job descriptions and competency frameworks
*Support any future HR system implementation
This role though initially is a 6 m FTC - it is highly likely to be made permanent.
The role is located in Surrey and you will be expected to go into the office 2 days a week.
