Your new role
A great opportunity for a Resourcing Co-ordinator / Resourcing Advisor, (6 Month FTC,) you will be part of a busy In-House recruitment team, within an established public sector organisation in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities will include:
Planning the delivery of all recruitment activities to ensure all resourcing needs are met.
Work closely with and build relationships with line managers to understand their recruitment requirements and agree an action plan for individual roles and recruitment campaigns.
Manage the end-end recruitment and selection process.
This will suit someone who is keen to move into In-House Recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Recruitment Consultant or In-House Recruitment Co-ordinator and must have experience managing the end-end recruitment and selection process. You will ideally be able to start with no more than 2 weeks notice.
